What the app stores
LevelUpFlix stores the family name, parent account profile, kid profiles, selected streaming services, parent rules, movie-night history, reactions, Kid Mode child-device tokens, game access settings, game progress, and restore information needed to make the app work across visits.
Where data lives
Family setup data is kept in this browser's local storage and may be synced to the app's database when a parent account is signed in or restore links are enabled. Restore links and child-device tokens should be treated like passwords because they can restore or access family-scoped data.
Analytics
LevelUpFlix may use privacy-friendly product analytics and performance analytics to understand page views, basic usage, and site health. Analytics are used to improve the app, not to sell personal information.
Children and families
The app is designed for family co-use. Parents or guardians should manage parent account access, Kid Mode device approvals, family profiles, game access, parent rules, restore links, and any support requests.
